§ 11-2. Failure to return books and other property.

Any person who shall take or borrow from the public library any book, pamphlet, periodical, paper or other property and neglect, refuse or fail to return the same within two weeks of the date of mailing a notice, by registered mail with return receipt requested, to his address shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each day shall constitute a separate offense.
