§ 17-3. Placing trash or debris on or failing to remove same from streets, alleys, easements, etc.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place any trash or debris upon any public street, alley, drainage or other public easement in the city. It shall also be an offense for any person to fail to remove trash or debris from any street, alley, drainage or other public easement in the city after being requested to do so by an official of the city.
