§ 2. Permitted uses.

  • (1)

    In the "MU-1" Mixed Use District no land shall be used and no building shall be used, erected, or converted to any use other than:

    Any use permitted in a "NO" Neighborhood Office District.

    Any use permitted in a "GO" General Office District.

    Any use permitted in a "NR" Neighborhood Retail District.

    Any use permitted in a "LR-2" Local Retail-2 District.

    Any use permitted in a "GR" General Retail District.

    Loft Apartments (See Section 7).
