(A) Street signs. Within the corporate limits of the City of Duncanville, street signs will be installed by the city at each intersection and the subdivider shall pay to the City of Duncanville the cost of installation of each street sign. In subdivisions lying beyond the corporate limits of said city, street name signs shall be placed by the subdivider at all intersections within or abutting the subdivisions. Such signs shall be a type approved by the City of Duncanville, shall be installed in accordance with the standards of the City of Duncanville. The developer shall pay such sum as computed by the director of public works for street signs as set out herein at the time at which he submits his final plat for approval, and this sum shall be in addition to the filing fee set forth hereinabove. |
